2.1. We offer grounding sheets and related products for sale. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. 2.2. Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund. 2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

3.1. All prices on our Website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. 3.2. We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. 3.3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offer promotions, and correct pricing errors at any time.

 4.1. We ship internationally; however, we do not ship to the following restricted countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and any other regions subject to international trade restrictions.

4.2. Shipping times and costs vary and will be displayed at checkout.

4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.4. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

4.5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed according to the payment method used. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Credit Card: 3-10 business days (varies by bank)
• Debit Card: 3-10 business days (depends on bank)
• PayPal: Instant to 5 business days
